Follow the instructions below to submit your event for promotion on UChicago’s main website and the UChicago News website, in the biweekly University e-newsletter, the UChicago Facebook page, and/or on digital displays across campus.

UChicago News is delivered on Tuesdays and Thursdays to students, faculty, staff, alumni and other subscribers. You may either promote your event as an event listing (text) or a free advertisement (visual).
Ads are stand-alone images that must contain all relevant information. They are 552 px by 311 px and displayed on a white background. Text should be above 20pt font for legibility, and ads should be submitted as .png or .jpeg files.
