Cynthia has over 16 years of experience working with image collections. Prior to joining the Digital Communications team in February 2012, she organized and provided access to images in the nonprofit, advertising, and publishing sectors. She has worked on large-scale digitization projects, including the digitizing and cataloging of 55,000 archival glass plate negatives taken by Chicago Daily News photographers. Cynthia recently earned a master's degree in library and information science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Outside of work, she likes riding bikes with her husband and two sons.
